1. - In order to be able to participate in the trips of Viajetreo you must be at least 18 years old. At the time of departure official identification will be demanded (DNI, Passport).

2. – The times of arrival and departure will be respected and only 20 minutes of courtesy will be granted to delayed travellers. Once passed this time, the traveller who has not arrived will lose his right of trip, and will not be reimbursed. (In case that somebody decides to return without the group, please inform us to avoid unnecessary delays).

3. - Viajetreo is not responsible for lost objects. Property found on the bus will be kept until it is claimed.

4. - The travellers commit themselves to respect the buses. Payment for damage will be the responsibility of guilty parties.

5. - The price of Viajetreo only includes the trip (roundtrip) to the festival. The entrance and any other costs are the responsibility of the travellers.

6. - The trips will only proceed when there is a sufficient number of people to contract the buses. When this condition is met, a confirmation email will be sent within a minimum of 2 weeks advance notice. In the case that the buses are not contracted, the money will be returned within one week of the cancellation date.

7. – After the seat is reserved, a confirmation email will be sent requesting payment. A period of 4 days from the date of this email is allowed to make the payment. This period will be reduced to 2 days two weeks left to the trip. If the justification of payment is not received within one week, the seat will be released and the position will be lost.
